The Encebollado is a typical food from Ecuador. From its name you may think is a soup full od cebolla "onion" but no. This soup is a seafood soup made of albacore tuna, sometimes of shrimps or even mix, pepper, tomatoes, and onion.
You can eat it at any time of the day, as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Is also known as "levanta muerto" (rise dead) because when someone have "chuchaqui" (hangover)
